Neighborhood hilarity

From the neighborhood listserv, responding to a series of dis-recommendations for a fencing contractor:
"To reinforce the warnings about [contractor], I have a neighbor who lives [nearby]. While replacing a fence, they inadvertently set his house on fire!"
To be fair, that takes some serious skill. Just perhaps not the skillset you might seek out for a fencing contractor.
