Naturally, you can always take a cab. Ask for Guaguanco tours in the
Plaza de las Heroinas. It is best to agree upon a price before leaving,
generally around 2000Bs. should suffice.
From Bus Terminal
Cross the street from the terminal and take a buseta going up that is going to El Centro (it should say so on the placard on the front). Get off at 27th or 25th street (where most of the passengers wil get off as well. You will have to pay about 150 Bs.. Walk over to 3rd Avenue (street signs are often located on the buildings on corners), and then up to 24th street. Turn right and continue walking to Ave. 8. (follow signs to the cable car "teleferico") Continue along Calle 24. Guaguanco will be on your left, opposite the Plaza de las Heroinas.From Airport
Take a buseta going up towards El Centro (downtown). When the bus turns on 24/26/25th street, say "La Parada" and get off. You will have to pay about 150 Bs.. Walk up to 24th street (street signs are often located on the buildings on corners), and then walk right (towards the higher set of mountains) to Ave. 8. (follow signs to the cable car "teleferico") Continue along Calle 24. Guaguanco will be on your left, opposite the Plaza de las Heroinas.Map
